Join a Leading EMEA Manufacturing Company as our Head of Sales (Remote, £75-85k + Bonus) – Preferred Location: UK or Poland, with EMEA Travel

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Head of Sales and Business Development to spearhead growth for a premier manufacturing firm specializing in high-performance foam insulation solutions across the EMEA region. Your main objective will be to boost revenue, enhance market presence, and lead an exceptional sales team throughout this diverse area. This senior position entails complete oversight of our revenue initiatives within key EMEA markets, concentrating on top-tier products applied widely in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, biotech, semiconductors, food and beverage, cosmetics, construction, and engineering.

As the leader of a culturally diverse EMEA team, you will report directly to the Global Commercial Director. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, exploring new markets, and increasing our footprint in established accounts.

We seek an accomplished leader with an extensive background in Sales Director, Head of Sales, or Business Development positions, ideally with experience in selling to OEMs, end users, or specifiers within markets like cleanroom manufacturing, data centers, or industrial insulation. A proven ability to navigate complex sales scenarios, especially where the decision-maker is a design engineer or EPC contractor, is essential. Direct experience with insulation or similar technical products is highly desirable.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Driving sales performance across the EMEA region, achieving bold revenue targets while identifying and capitalizing on new growth prospects.
  • Building and leading a high-performing sales team, nurturing talent skilled in managing substantial contracts and consultative solutions.
  • Crafting and implementing a robust sales and distribution strategy tailored for the region, fostering strong channel partnerships and direct client engagement approaches.
  • Expanding our customer base, particularly in emerging EMEA markets, by promoting our premium technical insulation offerings.
  • Championing innovation by providing valuable commercial insights that will guide product enhancements and the development of new solutions.
  • Leveraging data to inform decision-making, ensuring transparency on forecasts, progress, risks, and alignment with overall business goals.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with operations teams to guarantee that sales initiatives are in sync with production capacity and supply planning.
