At Mast, we are tackling one of the most pressing challenges in the lending industry: speed. Our mission is to revolutionize lending by making it more efficient and accessible for everyone. By empowering mortgage lenders with cutting-edge technology, we enable them to focus on what they excel at—lending.
Mast is developing a cloud-native mortgage technology platform designed to help lenders accelerate the mortgage application process. Our goal is to empower lenders to make faster, more efficient mortgage decisions, thereby transforming the borrower’s journey.
Supported by prominent investors and led by a team of experts with extensive fintech, product, and enterprise delivery expertise, we have established strong relationships with regulated enterprise clients and achieved a significant product-market fit in a sector ripe for transformation.
We are excited to welcome our first commercial leader on board to drive our growth and scale.

- A strategic thinker with structured operational skills and natural closing abilities
- A strong sense of ownership and sound commercial judgment
- Prior experience selling to UK banks or financial institutions
- Experience working at a startup is advantageous

- OTE: £140K-£160K, commensurate with experience
Includes base salary, uncapped commission, and equity options
