Role Overview:
Head of Operations
Remote, with occasional gatherings in London or Manchester
£55,000 – £60,000 salary, generous 35 days holiday (including bank holidays), plus 5 adventure days
£2,500 personal development budget, access to 12 leadership coaching sessions, coaching training opportunities, flexible working arrangements, employee share option scheme, and more

Your Opportunity as Head of Operations:
In this integral role, you’ll ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes in our dynamic virtual coaching and coach education company. Think of yourself as the linchpin – overseeing operational systems (with a particular focus on HubSpot or similar platforms), ensuring our data integrity, streamlining our processes, and producing insightful reports that drive impactful decisions and enchant our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
• Operations Management – Guarantee daily operations run seamlessly, with integrated systems, precise data, and well-coordinated team events and schedules.
• Data Management & Reporting – Oversee and analyze data to produce impactful reports and dashboards while ensuring GDPR compliance.
• Risk Assessment & Troubleshooting – Proactively monitor systems, assess potential risks, and resolve issues to maintain uninterrupted operations.
• Strategy & Process Improvement – Align operational systems with business objectives, champion automation, and implement efficient processes and best practices.
• Stakeholder Support & Training – Facilitate training and support for team members on essential tools, ensuring effective system usage throughout the organization.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
• Demonstrated leadership in operations within SMEs or similarly sized organizations.
• Proven experience enhancing operations and systems within an organization, ideally within the education sector or a related field.
• Proficient in various operational systems, such as CRM software and spreadsheets.
• A bachelor’s degree in any field or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with the international schools sector or education industry.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Understanding of coaching and coach training services.
• Detail-oriented individual.
