Your impact
In this exciting, newly established position within the Revenue Management & Trading team, you’ll report directly to the VP of Revenue Management & Trading. You will spearhead our global pricing strategy and enhance revenue management capabilities across the organization.
Your role will focus on optimizing the balance between margin per transaction and conversion rates to maximize overall revenue and profitability. You will design pricing strategies tailored to all markets, utilizing data science and analytical insights to assess loveholidays’ commercial stance and consumer behavior. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will monitor our key performance metrics, uncover new opportunities, and navigate potential risks.
Additionally, you will take charge of managing and cultivating a team of Revenue Management specialists.
Your daily responsibilities
- Oversee the Pricing and Revenue Management team and function.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies across all markets to enhance the synergy between Margin Per Transaction, Conversion Rate, and Gross Profit.
- Analyze and provide updates on revenue trends and insights.
- Collaborate with Supply, Marketing, and Finance teams to seize comprehensive commercial opportunities.
- Work alongside Platform teams (Data, Product, and Engineering) to establish first-rate revenue management processes and capabilities.
- Investigate competitor strategies to extract actionable insights that keep our approach innovative and market-leading.
- Conduct performance analyses to pinpoint opportunities for increasing trading margin through adaptive pricing strategies.
Your qualifications
- Proven track record in optimizing revenue within a dynamic and expanding organization.
- Exceptional numerical aptitude combined with strong commercial and financial insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in strategic planning and team leadership.
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications relevant to revenue management.
- Adept at navigating a diverse range of stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to establish and enhance tracking and analysis of performance metrics.
- Skilled in transforming operational data into strategic insights.
- Proficient in data extraction, analysis, and presentation to support decision-making, with expertise in SQL and visualization tools (such as Looker, Tableau).

- Experience in team management.
- Background in an international business environment.
- Familiarity with competitive digital markets, particularly travel or online marketplaces.
