We are seeking an experienced Tech Leader who excels at motivating teams and unlocking their potential. In addition to guiding the team, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of their strategic roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with overall business goals.

Let’s dive into the technical details. Their scalable flagship product is primarily built on the NodeJS ecosystem, which forms the backbone of their applications. It’s designed for optimal performance with React on the front end, all hosted on the Azure platform. Your toolkit will include TypeScript, Redux.js, React Hooks, Bootstrap, and more.

While this role is primarily focused on leadership and strategy, a solid understanding of the technology under your stewardship is essential. We’re looking for candidates with a hands-on JavaScript background, particularly in Node or React, and experience in leading engineering teams. An advocate for Agile methodologies, you will champion Agile practices across the organization, lead sprint planning sessions, and implement tools like Jira. Additionally, a solid grasp of QA processes and the ability to establish test management protocols, including the adoption of automation frameworks, is vital.

Beyond their flagship product, our client is also exploring exciting new technologies such as AI and chatbots, ensuring a wealth of opportunities for innovation and growth.
