Your Responsibilities
Articulate and shape Workvivo’s narrative across the employee experience category, translating this into impactful, segment-specific value propositions that appeal to our ideal customer profile (ICP).
Develop and oversee the go-to-market strategy for Workvivo while ensuring effective alignment among marketing, sales, and product teams.
Lead analyst relations and establish robust positioning in significant industry reports such as Gartner and Forrester.
Drive consistent sales success through clear competitive positioning and unified messaging that empowers the sales team.
Build and nurture a high-performing product marketing team, establishing frameworks, best practices, and processes to ensure sustained success.
Serve as a primary spokesperson for Workvivo at global events, media engagements, and across customer and partner interactions, with willingness to travel as necessary.
Your Qualifications & Skills
7+ years of experience in product marketing, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
Demonstrated success in leading and growing product marketing within a high-growth B2B SaaS startup.
A comprehensive understanding of the Employee Experience, HR Tech, or Work Tech sectors is an advantage.
Outstanding storytelling and messaging aptitude, evidenced by a portfolio of compelling narratives.
Ability to collaborate effectively with leaders across Sales, Product, and Marketing.
Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where agility is essential.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of persuading stakeholders at all levels.
