    As part of our Payer Admin Product team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge solutions to the Payer market, focusing on enhancing accuracy and efficiency while modernizing traditional processes with innovative technology.

    In this role as a Strategic Product Director, you will be at the forefront of shaping our product vision and laying out an actionable plan to bring it to market. Your ability to articulate complex concepts clearly—whether to vendors, customers, or team members—is essential. You will need to balance a proactive, independent work dynamic alongside your passion for mentoring and supporting others.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Customer Advocate: Develop a profound understanding of customer experiences, business requirements, and relevant products within the healthcare landscape. Stay attuned to emerging trends and customer pain points.
    • Product Roadmaps: Transform the product vision into actionable strategies that are clearly defined and executable.
    • Strategic Vision: Identify potential risks while crafting seamless product roadmaps to ensure consistent messaging across all teams.
    • Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete product lifecycle by designing proof of concept experiments based on common customer interactions, evaluating the overall customer experience. Lead all aspects of product development, from scope definition to design, data analysis, and presentation of findings to senior leadership.
    • Execution & Delivery: Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including product, engineering, and research teams, to transition the product from concept to reality.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams (e.g., research, clinical, marketing, software development) to fulfill the product vision and engage globally for best practices and training opportunities.
    • Navigating Ambiguity: Effectively operate within a complex matrix environment, proactively comprehending diverse business structures, customer requirements, and technologies across different product segments.
    • Data-Informed Decisions: Conduct comprehensive business analyses, including financial modeling and market assessments, to ensure alignment with overall product strategy.
    • Methodology Innovation: Design and refine a suite of methodologies and tools to enhance data collection and analysis, persistently seeking to improve processes for greater efficiency.
    • Go-To-Market Strategy & Pricing: Partner with key stakeholders to establish the optimal go-to-market strategy and pricing structure for your product.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Over 10 years of experience in developing product strategies and managing stakeholder commitments
    • 7 years of deep expertise in healthcare data, coupled with a substantial understanding of the sector
    • 7 years of experience working directly with business leaders and partners to craft strategic plans and roadmaps
    • 5 years of experience in creating innovative products utilizing an AI framework
    • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, delivering measurable results on a large scale
    • Demonstrated experience in successfully bringing new software or service offers to the market
    • Ability to tackle complex products and technologies independently, defining customer use cases across diverse personas and product categories to yield actionable insights
    • Excellent collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with Benefit Plan specifications and expertise in building benefit plans within adjudication systems

    The compensation for this position ranges from $124,500 to $239,400 annually based on full-time employment, influenced by factors such as local labor market rates, education, experience, and certifications. Alongside your salary, we offer a robust benefits package, including equity stock purchase options, 401k contributions, and various incentive and recognition programs.
