    YOOBIC is excited to invite passionate candidates to explore an opportunity on our Customer Implementation & Services team, based in our vibrant London office.

    As a key component of YOOBIC’s mission, our dynamic and rapidly expanding department significantly contributes to our company’s success. Our primary objective is to equip YOOBIC clients for triumph by ensuring they effectively harness the full potential of the YOOBIC platform upon launch.

    We are on the lookout for an innovative and collaborative individual who possesses the expertise to successfully guide the implementation and deployment of our digital solutions across diverse industries, including fashion, grocery, and pharmaceuticals. In this role, you’ll embody the multifaceted roles of project manager, business consultant, and configuration specialist.

    Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead projects and oversee the complete implementation process while working closely with your assigned clients.
    • Gather and analyze client business, functional, and technical requirements to design an optimal configuration for deploying the YOOBIC suite of products.
    • Facilitate and lead workshops focused on best practices for organizational transformation, encompassing change management, production governance, and process reengineering.
    • Collaborate with clients to define a long-term strategy and model for successful adoption of the YOOBIC solution, ensuring satisfaction and value.
    • Consistently monitor client activities and operations while maintaining and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Identify avenues for improvement, maximizing the use of YOOBIC to address challenges and elevate business and operational efficiency.
    • Occasionally conduct training sessions for key client users, including administrators and executives, on the YOOBIC solution.

    Your Profile:

    • Proven experience in Project Management within Software Development, ideally from an Implementation or consulting background (7+ years).
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
    • A genuine enthusiasm for start-ups, entrepreneurship, and digital technologies.
    • Adept at quickly grasping new concepts and communicating them effectively.
    • Proactive in problem-solving and willing to take initiative.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
    • A keen desire for continuous learning and skill enhancement, and receptive to feedback.
    • Adaptability to thrive in an international setting.
    • Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly, catering to a diverse audience, from teammates to business executives.
    • A strong inclination to cultivate new relationships and collaborate with both internal and external partners.
    • Fluent in English, with additional language skills (Italian, Spanish, French, German) being a plus.
