      • Ensuring compliance of projects and transactions with all pertinent corporate and regulatory standards;
      • Partnering with commercial and financial specialists in negotiations to facilitate efficient decision-making among key stakeholders;

A background in a reputable projects, construction, or related commercial team is essential, alongside a strong interest and experience in the power and infrastructure sectors. Familiarity with early-stage dispute management, including an understanding of court and arbitration processes, would be advantageous, though contentious experience is not required for this non-contentious role. While previous in-house experience is beneficial, it is not a mandatory requirement.
