    We are on the lookout for a motivated Enterprise Account Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit to enhance our dedicated team of 8 Account Executives, focusing primarily on the Northern European market. You will report directly to Neye, our Head of Sales Europe, collaborating with our SDRs, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success Managers.

    • SALES CYCLE: Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, averaging 5-7 months, from identifying opportunities to crafting compelling proposals.

    • INBOUND SALES (70-80%): Lead and enhance the pipeline of inbound, product-qualified leads for our self-hosted Enterprise plans, targeting companies with over 500 employees and deal sizes ranging from $50K to $300K ARR.

    • OUTBOUND SALES (20-30%): Experiment with innovative outbound strategies to establish a consistent pipeline of leads.

    • STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, particularly within DevOps, engineering, and IT teams, becoming their trusted advisor for workflow automation solutions.

    • SALES EFFICIENCY: Actively develop and refine sales processes, infrastructure, and marketing collateral.

    • PRODUCT FEEDBACK: Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure a continuous flow of customer insights.

    Success in this role will be measured by:

    • The volume of inbound leads generated each month.

    • Support received from solutions consultants and the product team.

    • A robust community that contributes to approximately 50% of inbound leads being product qualified.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 6+ years of experience in sales within a BtoB SaaS environment, including at least 2 years in complex Enterprise sales.

    • Track record in Enterprise sales: Comfortable closing deals in the 5-6 figure range.

    • Top achiever: Proven history of being in the top 10% of sales performers on your team.

    • High Expectations: Experience managing a K ARR quota in previous roles.

    • Technical proficiency: Experience selling to technical stakeholders (IT operations, devops, secops, software engineering) and/or a background in coding or engineering.

    • Entrepreneurial mindset: Ability to identify growth opportunities, propose strategies to capitalize on them, and execute independently in a less structured environment.

    • Proven hunter mentality: Strong outbound sales experience with a successful track record.

    • Bonus skills: Experience with open-source projects, developer tools, and working in PLG companies or startups in Series A/B stages, particularly in sectors like IT operations and cybersecurity.

    • Language skills: Fluent in English, with additional proficiency in French, Spanish, or Italian considered an asset.

    • Geographical flexibility: Reside within the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, or Nordics regions.
