    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the main representative of the Stine brand within your designated area.
    • Acquire in-depth agronomic and technical expertise on Stine seed products and services relevant to your territory.
    • Cultivate existing accounts while actively seeking new clients to boost sales.
    • Communicate and execute Stine’s sales initiatives and policies effectively within your region, working towards district sales targets.
    • Collaborate with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to offer superior sales support in your area.
    • Foster and strengthen relationships with customers and potential clients, either personally or by coordinating with a designated seller.

    Essential Competencies and Qualifications:

    • A minimum of three years in agricultural experience, particularly in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
    • Proven sales techniques with exceptional negotiation abilities, along with a knack for overcoming challenges.
    • Experience in developing and retaining dealer relationships is preferred.
    • A proactive mindset and the ability to function independently to achieve set objectives.
    • Preference will be given to candidates who excel in building and nurturing solid relationships with growers by understanding their unique needs and values.
