You will play a crucial role in shaping and executing total reward strategies that resonate across our European operations while contributing to global initiatives. Although the preferred location for this position is the UK, Switzerland stands as an alternative option.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Development: Create and implement total reward strategies that align with business goals and drive employee satisfaction.
Comprehensive Compensation Analysis: Perform thorough market research and benchmarking to guarantee competitive and fair compensation frameworks.
Benefits Program Management: Design and oversee comprehensive benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement options, and wellness programs.
Broker and Insurer Liaison: Manage relationships with brokers and insurers to ensure exceptional service delivery and financial efficiency.
Compliance Oversight: Ensure all reward initiatives adhere to local labor laws and are in line with company policies and governance.
Collaborative Partnerships: Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance, and executive leadership to synchronize reward strategies with organizational objectives.
Data-Driven Analysis: Utilize data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of reward programs and suggest strategic enhancements.
Project Leadership: Lead or actively participate in both Global and Regional HR projects that focus on total reward and employee engagement.
Qualifications and Skills You Bring:
Analytical Expertise: Exceptional analytical capabilities to assess data, conduct market studies, and interpret complex information for strategic decision-making.
Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate reward strategies and policies to employees and stakeholders.
Strategic Vision: Ability to think strategically and formulate long-term plans that are in line with organizational ambitions.
Technical Skills: Competence in HRIS and compensation software, utilizing technology for data analysis and program management.
Regulatory Insight: Comprehensive understanding of European labor regulations concerning compensation and benefits.
Project Management Acumen: Proven project management skills to effectively lead and execute HR initiatives.
Collaborative Approach: Strong ability to work in partnership with cross-functional teams while building productive relationships with stakeholders.
Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, GRP, CIPD) are advantageous.
Professional Experience: A minimum of 5-10 years in compensation and benefits, particularly in European markets.
