    The Role at a Glance

    This hybrid position combines remote work with on-site engagement in client projects.

    Role Objective

    Your primary responsibility will be planning some of the world’s most challenging and intriguing projects.

    Team Dynamics

    In this role, you will be an integral part of our Project Management Consultancy, concentrating on:

    – Identifying the genuine obstacles facing projects

    – Implementing effective solutions to address those obstacles

    – Creating scalable best practices, tools, and technologies

    You will specifically join our Project Controls Discipline Team, a group of industry frontrunners in planning and controlling complex construction initiatives. Your initial supervisor will be one of our esteemed project controls directors.

    Your Top 3 Objectives:

    1. Ensure construction projects achieve near perfection in delivery

    3. Create scalable and replicable solutions for recurring challenges

    Your Key Responsibilities:

    1. Take ownership of controls: Manage cost, schedule, change, and risk for one or more projects to empower project teams in making informed decisions.

    2. Foster team growth: Enhance the personal and professional development of your team while educating clients to uplift their capabilities too.

    3. Develop scalable solutions: Collaborate with the team to craft best practices and tools that yield a long-lasting impact.

    4. Communicate effectively: Create straightforward, actionable reports for stakeholders at every level to optimize their contributions to the project.

    5. Champion outcomes: Even if you’re not the project manager ultimately responsible, your commitment to ensuring a clear understanding and adherence to the project plan is crucial!

    Your Skills and Capabilities:
