The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated history of success in high-value sales, showcasing impressive closing skills. You’ll be a master negotiator and an exceptional communicator, adept at nurturing and maintaining robust relationships with clients. Furthermore, you’ll bring a comprehensive understanding of the Federal tax code, enabling you to advise clients on optimal tax planning strategies and opportunities.
To thrive in this role, you should have more than 20 years of experience in high-ticket closing and a consistent record of earning at least $500,000 annually over the past five years.
Key Qualifications for the Ideal Candidate:
I. Extensive experience closing deals with High-Net-Worth Individuals and Business Owners. Your ability to negotiate and finalize transaction terms will be essential, as will your skill in discerning clients’ financial aspirations to provide tailored financial solutions.
II. A solid grasp of financial products and services, particularly intangible financial strategies.
III. An impressive average annual income exceeding $500,000 over the last five years, a reflection of your sales prowess and closing skills.
IV. Proven track record of working with high-ticket sales transactions on a commission basis.
V. In-depth knowledge of the Federal tax code and its practical application in structured transactions.

Compensation:
At Wilson Hand, we offer an attractive commission structure, allowing your earnings to range between $400,000 and $2,000,000 annually. The average commission for US-based partners in this position falls between $600,000 and $2,000,000, with the final offer determined by your professional background and experience.
