Your Role: Build and Develop the Future of Hiring at Bitfinex
As a Senior Recruiter, you will lead initiatives to attract, engage, and hire outstanding talent for both technical and non-technical positions. You’ll harness modern sourcing methods, innovative recruitment strategies, and automation tools to ensure an efficient and enjoyable hiring journey.
On a Typical Day, You Will Be Responsible For:
Complete Cycle Recruitment – Oversee the hiring process from beginning to end, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers for both technical and non-technical roles.
Talent Strategy & Sourcing – Utilize recruitment automation tools and global talent networks to draw in top candidates.
Enhancing Candidate Experience – Provide a seamless, personalized experience for candidates while bolstering Bitfinex’s reputation in the international talent arena.
Innovative Recruitment Techniques – Continuously seek out new tools, sourcing techniques, and recruitment trends to enhance hiring effectiveness.
Collaboration with Hiring Teams – Partner closely with department heads and executives to ensure alignment of hiring initiatives with company goals.
Data-Informed Decision Making – Apply recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure success and refine strategies.
What You Bring to the Team
A minimum of 5 years in full-cycle recruitment, covering both Technical Positions (Engineering & Development) and Non-Technical Roles (Including Compliance, Risk, & Regulatory Affairs).
Experience in Global Recruitment, capable of sourcing, attracting, and engaging talent from diverse geographic and industry backgrounds.
A deep understanding of contemporary recruitment tools, automation technology, ATS systems, and strategies for engaging passive candidates.
A robust network of industry contacts with access to untapped talent pools.
Experience in fast-paced, scaling environments, demonstrating success in efficiently growing teams.
A data-driven approach, leveraging recruitment analytics to enhance hiring efforts.
Located in the CET (Central European Time) region or prepared to work within CET and LATAM time zones.
