    The Field Marketing Manager at Level Access is instrumental in harmonizing our sales and marketing efforts, driving significant revenue growth through strategic alignment. This position is vital for crafting valuable interactions that translate into revenue, underpinned by meticulous planning and execution. A data-driven mindset is essential for enhancing marketing strategies and achieving measurable outcomes, with the Field Marketing Manager reporting directly to the Director of Field Marketing!

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    • Empower Sales Teams: Team up with our global sales force to design events, create content, and develop programs that spark meaningful dialogues and sustain momentum.
    • Create Impactful Events: Organize and execute both virtual and in-person events tailored to engage specific audiences, ensuring these gatherings resonate with high-value prospects and clients.
    • Boost Demand Generation: Amplify demand generation strategies to effectively target and connect with our identified accounts.
    • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Evaluate critical metrics such as cost per lead, return on investment, pipeline performance, win rates, and overall revenue.
    • Operational Excellence: Collaborate across departments to manage budgets, develop communication strategies, create content, and implement programs efficiently.
    • Leverage Marketing Technology: Use CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools to optimize processes, ensuring a comprehensive approach to lead management.
    • Post-Event Lead/Campaign Nurture: Engage in post-event strategies to maintain contact and drive conversions.

    Qualifications:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
    • 5+ years of experience in events, field marketing, or a similar capacity.
    • A strong understanding of customer behavior and market segmentation.
    • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
    • Organized multitasker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
    • Analytical thinker passionate about data-guided decision-making.
    • Willingness to travel up to 20% annually.
