This is our commitment to you.
Here are some key responsibilities you can expect:
- Accounting: Generate accurate financial statements and reports, ensuring meticulous attention to every financial detail. Evaluate financial transactions rigorously for compliance with established accounting standards.

Oversee financial and tax diligence processes throughout acquisitions and restructuring. Prepare documentation for board meetings while nurturing fruitful relationships with banks, investors, and institutional partners.

- Ambition: You are driven and intensely committed to your work, taking full responsibility for your tasks and setting high standards for yourself.
- Team Orientation: You collaborate generously, valuing contributions over personal recognition. You’re a dependable, honest team member always ready to pitch in.
- English Proficiency: Your English skills in reading, writing, and speaking are proficient.
What we provide:
- Highly Talented Teams: Engage with small, results-focused, and autonomous teams filled with some of the industry’s brightest minds.

- Competitive Compensation and Equity Access: Starting salaries for entry-level positions typically begin at £66,779 in the UK and €63,965 elsewhere. For those with experience, salaries range between £110,389 to £149,636 in the UK and €105,737 to €143,330 elsewhere. Compensation increases rapidly as you gain experience and make an impact. You may also choose to receive part of your pay in discounted equity, allowing you to share in our collective success. If relocating to Italy, you may benefit from a 50% tax cut.
- Comprehensive Benefits: Enjoy flexible working hours, remote work options, unlimited opportunities for training, top-tier health insurance, a generous relocation package, ample parental support, and an annual retreat to an inspiring destination. We create the optimal conditions for every Spooner to thrive.
Before applying, please note:

If this opportunity excites you and you’re ready to bring your best, we encourage you to apply.
Selection Process:
After initial screening, selected candidates will participate in tests designed to assess their problem-solving skills. Successful candidates will then be invited for a series of interviews. Bending Spoons values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and provide reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities, which can be requested through this form.
