Oversees the US Salesforce Financial support delivering financial business partnering support to both direct and indirect sales organizations.
How You’ll Create Impact
The US Commercial Finance Associate Director position is the key financial leadership role overseeing a team of finance team members supporting the salesforce and related finance activities. Key responsibilities for this role include:
Oversight of the financial functions for Salesforce Commission Administration and Salesforce Financial Support.
Directly manage the administration of commission incentive programs including oversight of team responsible for processing and analyzing related payment.
Take lead role in development and ownership of sales incentive system driving desired results and providing transparency to our direct sales reps and indirect territories.
Drive operating plan process for US direct and indirect territories including overall sales incentive structures to achieve company objectives.
Provide financial support and analytical insight for direct territories working to ensure sales and cost objectives are mutually aligned and achieved.
Partners with Vice President of Sales and Sales Administration team to support any financial related activities including incentive formation, territory financial acuity, assessment of tools to drive operational excellence, and provide insight to overall performance.
Partners with Direct Territory GMs to develop financial tools to aid in managing their overall territories and related incentive structures.
Maintains financial ownership and control over elements of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Control pertaining to US direct territories.
Partners with business on exploration of new business models helping to assess financial ramification and aids in strategy development for key initiatives.
Work cross functionally to ensure downstream impact of decisions is understood

Understanding of industry trends and competitive strategy outlook in order to identify opportunities.
Microsoft Office Suite. Mastery of accounting principles, internal controls, and financial analysis. Understanding of Zimmer products and strategic business units. Ability to manage a P&L externally or internally.
Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. 7 – 10 years experience in a significant financial management position that included responsibility for managing budgets, CAR’s capital budgets, and strategic plans.
A MBA is preferred.
A CPA is preferred.
Public accounting and/or experience in financial analysis support of a strategic business unit.
Salesforce Commission Administration and Salesforce Financial Support a plus.
Up to 25%. Travel will be approximately 2 times a quarter.
Prefer candidates to be located in the Central or Eastern Coast regions
Compensation Range : $152,000 – $185,000
The compensation for this position may vary depending on location.
