Key Responsibilities

As an Interim Corporate Solicitor, you will:

• Structure, draft, and negotiate sales and acquisition agreements with precision.
• Advise on shareholder agreements and prepare articles of association.
• Manage share buybacks, share transfers, and facilitate group restructures.
• Oversee due diligence processes and corporate governance tasks.
• Deliver clear and commercial legal advice, specifically designed for small enterprises.
• Foster direct communication with clients in a flexible remote environment.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure the delivery of exceptional, consistent service.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for an Interim Corporate Solicitor who is:

• A qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with a minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience in corporate/commercial law.
• Proficient in mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, share buybacks, transfers, and restructuring processes.
• Confident in guiding SMEs through the entire deal lifecycle.
• Skilled in drafting and negotiating comprehensive corporate documentation.
• Proactive, highly communicative, and comfortable in a fully remote setting.
• Acquainted with the commercial landscape, providing clear and cost-effective legal solutions.
