Full-Time Night Shift (7 PM – 7 AM) with weekend availability every third weekend.
Job Summary
As an RN Clinical Nurse I, you will deliver exceptional nursing care by conducting thorough assessments, diagnosing patient concerns, establishing outcomes, and implementing precise care plans in alignment with our facility’s policies and protocols, all under the guidance of a nursing leader. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring a safe work environment while fulfilling related responsibilities safely. Staying updated in clinical practice is crucial to effectively serving our diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities

Physical Requirements
This position necessitates various physical activities including walking, standing, sitting, lifting, reaching, bending, pushing, and pulling. Candidates should be capable of lifting and supporting up to 35 pounds when handling patients, equipment, and supplies. Proficiency in English is a must, and candidates should possess intact senses of sight, hearing, smell, and touch, along with finger dexterity. Critical thinking skills and the ability to concentrate are essential. You must be able to respond promptly to changing patient and unit conditions. Physical Abilities Testing will be required.
Education, Experience, and Certifications
Candidates must be graduates from an accredited School of Nursing, with a BSN preferred. Current Basic Life Support certification is required per policy guidelines. Candidates should hold a valid RN license or a temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state of practice or residence. For those declaring a National License Compact (NLC) state as their primary state of residency, it is necessary to meet the licensure requirements of their home state. For non-NLC states, a current RN license is mandatory. Preferred qualifications include three years of Medical-Surgical Telemetry experience and/or one year of experience in Progressive Care or Intensive Care.
