Leading law firm is seeking a fully remote finance solicitor to join their highly successful team.

This is a permanent role.

Job Description

As a finance solicitor, you will be focusing on a broad range of banking and finance transactions with a particular focus on derivatives, including hedging aspects of loan-linked and securitisation-linked matters, as well as negotiating ISDAs, GMRAs, GMSLAs, and other trading documentation.

The Successful Applicant

The successful finance/derivatives solicitor will be England & Wales qualified, or qualified in any common law jurisdiction.

As the role will have a focus on the derivatives space, it is essential you have at least 2+ years of experience working on these transactions.
