- Craft and implement successful inbound and outbound sales strategies
- Deliver customized product demonstrations and engaging sales presentations
- Build lasting partnerships with customers, focusing on their long-term success
Focus Areas Based on Your Experience
- Small Business: Thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere with shorter sales cycles, granting independence and flexibility
- Mid-Market: Engage in strategic selling, navigating complex decision-making processes and larger contracts
Candidate Profile
- Fluent in both German and English
- At least 1 year of B2B sales experience for Small Business, ideally 3-5 years for Mid-Market
- Proven success in closing deals, well-versed in CRM software
- Knowledgeable in modern sales techniques, including MEDDIC
