    **Who We Are Looking For**

    We are in search of an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join our OpenDoor team as a Business Intelligence Executive. This full-time position is based in London and plays a pivotal role in advancing WPP’s mission by ensuring exceptional service and delivery consistency for Amazon across its varied businesses, including XCM, Prime Video, and RMI.

    As part of a globally distributed business intelligence team, your objective will be to provide vital data and insights that empower marketing decisions for one of our most significant global accounts.

    Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining a global reporting solution based on Amazon Web Services (AWS) that automates the collection and transformation of diverse marketing data into a singular source of truth for agency and brand usage. Your role will involve not only running and optimizing the existing solution but also enhancing it to incorporate new capabilities from the Choreograph Measure platform, integrating new data sources, and deriving actionable insights to meet evolving business demands.

    As a Business Intelligence Executive, you will ensure the completeness of reporting data, oversee the execution of data collection models, and manage new requests and issues in collaboration with the engineering team. You will be the main point of contact for a group of users across 29 markets, addressing their needs and assisting them in leveraging the reporting tool. The processes you oversee will underpin three global client-side ROI models, two comprehensive client-side reports, and a suite of dashboards and operational reports for agency stakeholders.

    – Collaborate with media stakeholders to guarantee data completeness, assess the feasibility of requirements, and ensure timely deliveries.
    – Document user requirements, and assist in prioritizing them within a centralized development backlog.
    – During agile development sprints, strategize and implement solutions for prioritized requirements, enhancing the visualization layer in Amazon QuickSight.
    – Work closely with account leadership to comprehend and track reporting demands for forthcoming campaigns and marketing strategies.
    – Spearhead the creation and weekly updates of campaign-specific instances within the reporting framework, often necessitating collaboration across various tasks and geographies.
    – Provide support to team members handling data infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and running scheduled tasks.
    – Equip users with the necessary skills to effectively utilize the reporting solution, including maintaining training materials and knowledge bases.
    – Serve as the initial point of contact for users, managing incoming queries, providing hands-on support, and connecting them with relevant experts when necessary.
    – Identify and pursue opportunities to refine cross-disciplinary processes, collaborating with others to bring improvements to life.
    – Possess familiarity with advertising performance metrics (understanding ad servers and third-party tech vendors), ideally through entry-level or internship experience.
    – Understand how to measure media performance, and possess experience in visualizing data and telling compelling stories with it.
    – Showcase sharable dashboards, reports, and repositories demonstrating your skills in data organization and visualization tools.
    – Have an analytical mindset to navigate technical and procedural challenges.
    – Demonstrate strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail, bringing clarity to complex situations.
    – Exhibit excellent spoken and written communication skills, ensuring effective engagement with a diverse, global audience.
    – Maintain a positive, can-do attitude, managing multiple tasks calmly under pressure and thriving in dynamic environments.
    – Proven ability to collaborate effectively in team settings, fostering a spirit of cooperation.

    **BONUS POINTS**

    • Experience in project management for technical solution delivery, especially with knowledge of agile methodologies.
    • Exposure to building data pipelines and ETL processes, preferably using tools like AWS, Adverity, DBT, etc.
    • Skills in programming and/or statistical languages such as Python, R, etc.
