Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant public accounting experience with a strong background in preparing and reviewing expatriate and foreign national tax returns (including forms 5471, 3520, 1040, 1040 NR, 8938), proficiency in a paperless environment, and ability to navigate complex tax issues while managing client engagements and supervising project teams.
• Expertise in tax equalization, payroll computations, and conducting tax briefings for both inbound and outbound clients.
• Exceptional communication skills that facilitate effective collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess solid problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in adopting evolving technology; comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and tax software (preferably CCH Axcess & Engagement).
• A collaborative mindset that fosters knowledge sharing and team learning.
