    Your Responsibilities Include:

    • Actively engage with potential clients and nurture relationships through follow-ups.
    • Qualify incoming leads and efficiently hand them off to the sales team.
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
    • Oversee SEO/SEM strategies and content marketing efforts.
    • Implement impactful social media and email marketing campaigns.

    In This Role, You Will:

    • Conduct in-depth research on prospects to grasp their business challenges and decision-making processes. Evaluate leads based on established criteria to ensure compatibility with our ideal customer profile.
    • Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media, creating compelling messages tailored to their interests, sparking engaging dialogues.
    • Generate new leads through creative inbound and outbound marketing initiatives.
    • Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for our sales team, ensuring smooth lead transitions and meticulously documenting interactions in our CRM system.
    • Effectively manage a large volume of leads to optimize efficiency and enhance conversion rates, consistently updating the sales pipeline for clear performance tracking.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive activities, and market shifts to identify new opportunities and refine our sales strategies.
    • Work collaboratively with leadership and team members to enhance lead generation and align messaging with our comprehensive marketing campaigns.
    • Provide insights on lead quality and campaign success to improve targeting strategies and return on investment.

    Qualifications We Seek:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in Business Development.
    • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Experience with technology and hardware is a plus, but not mandatory.
    • You must be located in the U.S. and be willing to work in alignment with the PST timezone.
