In this pivotal role, you will partner closely with the president, taking charge of the sales journey from identifying prospects to closing valuable contracts, all while nurturing lasting connections with educational institutions.

Your Role:
- Engage in proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Manage the sales cycle from initiation to completion.
- Perform daily outbound communications to schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Work alongside third-party lead generation firms to cultivate sales opportunities.
- Participate in networking events, forging relationships with educational entities to achieve monthly sales goals.
- Establish strategic partnerships that elevate brand visibility and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct on-site visits with prospects across key markets to reinforce our presence.
- Maintain a professional and efficient lead management process throughout the sales cycle.
- Utilize HubSpot for logging sales activities, ensuring an accurate pipeline and sales forecast.
- Implement engaging content, such as newsletters, webinars, and case studies, to maintain client interest.
- Build trust through long-term relationship management with schools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value and secure deals.
- Exhibit thorough product knowledge and effectively communicate value to potential clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B, full-cycle sales.
- Background in selling managed services or related offerings is preferred.
- Self-driven with a strong sense of motivation and ambition.
- Capable of recognizing limitations and seeking collaboration when necessary.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at engaging with key stakeholders.
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools, including HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Seamless AI.
- Proven negotiation skills, with the ability to handle objections and finalize deals.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong proposal writing skills and experience.
- A genuine appreciation for working with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Adept at managing a varied workload efficiently.

- A competitive base salary ranging from $65,000 to $95,000, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
