You will partner across Unit 42 and Palo Alto Networks to enhance services, contribute to industry thought leadership, and elevate cloud security outcomes for our clientele. You will set and achieve service line KPIs focused on delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, and aligning Palo Alto Networks’ product capabilities with insights gleaned from assessments.

This position demands extensive technical and architectural expertise in cloud security, proven experience in leading consulting delivery teams, and the ability to effectively influence both internal and external stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, product, marketing, and service innovation to scale Unit 42’s cloud consulting capabilities and enhance our market footprint.

    Your Impact

    • Provide visionary leadership for Unit 42’s Cloud Security Assessment services, aligning with customer priorities, industry standards, and our transformational strategy.

    • Drive success across all KPIs for Cloud Assessment, including revenue, utilization, quality of delivery, customer satisfaction, and contributions to the Security Transformation Program (STP).

    • Continuously enhance cloud security methodologies, deliverables, and automation practices across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and hybrid setups.

    • Serve as the executive sponsor and strategic advisor for intricate client projects, directing secure cloud architecture and remediation strategies.

    • Counsel executive stakeholders on cloud security posture, identity management, configuration vulnerabilities, and detection mechanisms spanning major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

    • Integrate Palo Alto Networks technologies (e.g., Cortex Cloud, Prisma Access, NGFW, Cortex XDR) into service delivery, maximizing client value and minimizing risk.

    • Oversee staffing, resource forecasting, and team performance tracking to meet quality standards and efficiency targets.

    • Inspire and mentor a high-performing team of Directors and consultants, promoting professional growth, technical acumen, and leadership development.

    • Collaborate with go-to-market teams to refine cloud security messaging, identify new opportunities, and engage with executives to support business development efforts.

    • Steer or assist in crafting sophisticated cloud security proposals, statements of work, and client roadmaps.

    • Build and sustain long-term, trusted relationships with strategic clients and Unit 42 retainer customers.

    • Represent Unit 42 at industry events, conferences, and forums, bolstering our reputation as thought leaders in cloud security.

    • Contribute to and author whitepapers, blogs, and internal training materials, enhancing Unit 42’s expertise and brand within the cloud sector.

    • Influence the cloud services roadmap by recognizing gaps, gathering client feedback, and assessing market demands in collaboration with product and innovation teams.

    • Monitor emerging threats, compliance standards, and architectural trends in multi-cloud environments to inform the evolution of our service offerings.

    Your Experience

    • 10+ years in cybersecurity, with over 5 years dedicated to cloud security services, architecture, or assessments.

    • 7+ years of experience in managing consulting delivery teams or leading security services at the Director level or above.

    • Proven proficiency with CNAPP, CSPM, IAM, logging, and zero-trust architecture in multi-cloud environments.

    • Strong comprehension of cloud-specific threats, frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, CIS Benchmarks, CSA CCM), and compliance models.

    • Familiarity with tools and scripting for validation, configuration management, and assessment automation (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Python, Bash).

    • Demonstrated ability to establish, scale, and refine cloud security consulting services and delivery teams.

    • Impressive executive presence and the capability to influence CISOs, CTOs, and Boards with clarity and credibility.

    • Experience supporting pre-sales and GTM initiatives, including scoping, solution development, and securing strategic consulting engagements.
