    Job Description

Join a Leading SaaS Company as the Head of DevOps Support – Remote (UK/ROI)

Are you ready to spearhead a pivotal DevOps support operation at an innovative SaaS company that specializes in advanced artifact and supply chain management solutions at scale?

We are on the lookout for a Head of DevOps Support who is an energetic and hands-on leader, adept at merging robust operational excellence with deep technical expertise. In this vital role, you will guide and expand a high-performing team of support engineers, empowering developers and enterprise clients to unlock the full potential of a cloud-native, API-driven platform that fuels CI/CD pipelines worldwide.

    Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the comprehensive support engineering function by establishing KPIs, enhancing resolution quality, and developing top-notch tooling and workflows.
    • Manage the customer experience after deployment, ensuring a seamless transition from onboarding to ongoing technical support.
    • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to enhance integrations and tackle meaningful platform feedback from users.
    • Focus on automation wherever feasible, as outstanding support teams are built to innovate rather than merely react.

    Your Ideal Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in scaling technical support or DevOps teams within a SaaS or platform environment.
    • A solid understanding of developer tools, cloud-native infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and support platforms (such as Zendesk, Linear, Intercom).
    • A passion for addressing root causes as much as for providing exceptional customer assistance.
    • A customer-centric advocate and agent of change who embodies a builder’s mindset.

    Why This Opportunity Stands Out:

    • Become a key player in delivering, supporting, and enhancing a rapidly evolving product on a global scale.
    • Enjoy a remote-first, collaborative team culture that values ambition and humility.
    • Receive a competitive compensation package, equity options, flexible work arrangements, and a strong emphasis on personal and professional growth.
