    We are looking for candidates who possess the following skills and attributes:
    1. Ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients and regulators, offering actuarial expertise and creative solutions for various client needs.
    2. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.
    3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
    4. Proven ability to ensure projects are delivered on time and of the highest quality.
    5. Demonstrated initiative and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
    Requirements and Qualifications:
    To be successful in this role, you should have:
    1. BA/BS degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, computer science, finance, business, or a related field.
    2. 3 or more years of experience in one or more of the following health areas: group health, individual health, or financial examinations.
    3. Openness to being credentialed ASA or FSA, or ACAS or FCAS, with a minimum of 3 years of health experience.
    4. Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word.
    5. Previous experience in conducting financial examinations is preferred. If the candidate does not have experience in financial examinations, a background in control documentation and testing is preferred.
    6. Familiarity with TeamMate software is a plus but not required.
