    As a Sales Support Specialist, the purpose is to be the backbone of the sales operations. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind the scenes, ensuring the seamless functioning of their sales and production teams.

    Key responsibilities:

    Industry Familiarity: Dive into the promotional products industry, mastering EQP pricing, imprint methods, setup fees, and handling quote requests.

    Software Proficiency: Become an expert in our ERP system, ensuring smooth data management for efficient operations.

    Sales Data Entry: Input crucial sales data meticulously, contributing to accurate and organised record-keeping.

    Product Research: Explore vendor websites, selecting optimal products for client proposals and ensuring a diverse product range.

    Estimate and Invoice Management: Take charge of inputting estimates and invoices in the ERP system, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.

    ️ Client Communication: Respond promptly to client emails, upholding our commitment to exceptional customer service.

    Sales Team Assistance: Support the sales team with various tasks, gaining a versatile skill set in sales operations.

    Foundation Building: Acquire a strong foundation in sales support, equipped with the skills for effective performance in the role.

    ERP Software Mastery for Production: Extend your expertise to production functionalities within our ERP system.

    Efficient Data Entry: Ensure precise entry of production-related data, contributing to workflow accuracy.

    Status Report Generation: Provide daily updates on the status of quotes and orders, both pending and submitted.

    ️ Order Management: Oversee the submission of orders to vendors, ensuring a streamlined fulfilment process.

    Client Updates: Keep clients informed about the shipping status of their orders, maintaining transparency.

    Financial Reconciliation: Verify and confirm profit margins by meticulously vouching supplier invoices.

    Client Communication (Production): Maintain high standards in responding to client emails regarding production-related queries.

    Production Team Support: Assist the production team, gaining insights into production processes and challenges.

    Comprehensive Understanding: Develop a thorough understanding of both sales and production, ensuring effective support.

    Working Hours : Full time, 6 am EST – 2 pm EST.
