Join our dynamic team as a Business Travel Consultant in London, transitioning to remote work after six months. This is an exciting chance for an experienced consultant, well-versed in Galileo, to contribute to a prestigious TMC and manage a new important business travel account.

As a key member of our eight-person team, you will primarily focus on one dedicated business travel account. Your daily responsibilities will include managing approximately 80% of client interactions through email, with the remaining 20% consisting of phone enquiries.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Utilizing Galileo to book and manage business travel arrangements
• Applying your fare knowledge to provide optimal travel solutions
• Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
• Engaging professionally with VIP clients on a regular basis
• Providing a swift, efficient, and polished service at all times

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Proficiency in Galileo is a must
• Strong ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks effectively
• Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced business travel environment
• High level of attention to detail and quality
• Excellent time management capabilities
