    Advania is on the lookout for a talented Data Analyst with a strong background in Power BI to become part of our innovative team. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for remote work with the requirement of being present at our Cardiff office or on-site at a client location just four times a month.

    Position Overview:
    In your role as Data Analyst, you will be essential to the operational success of our Service Management Office (SMO) in Cardiff. Your responsibility will include transforming raw data into meaningful insights that inform strategic decisions within our Unified Communications services. You will also analyze trends, predict outcomes, and contribute to the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:
    In this role, your daily tasks will involve:

    • Converting stakeholder needs into impactful reporting solutions
    • Taking ownership of designing dashboards and generating insightful reports
    • Engaging in the evaluation of cutting-edge technologies to improve data storage and usage
    • Conducting comprehensive data validation and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of information
    • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to resolve data-related challenges
    • Identifying and implementing enhancements to improve reporting efficiency
    • Maintaining high data quality standards by overseeing new data entries and performing regular audits
    • Safeguarding data confidentiality and integrity by enforcing robust governance policies

    Qualifications & Experience:
    The ideal candidate will have professional experience with Power BI.

    Additional desirable qualifications and skills include:

    • Familiarity with PowerApps
    • Understanding of Power Automate
    • Knowledge of SQL
    • Experience with Dataverse

    Important: Candidates must be eligible to undergo the UK security clearance (SC) process, which requires British nationality and a minimum of 5 years’ residency in the UK.
