With an influx of new clients and a booming practice, the firm is seeking two associate-level attorneys to support their growing caseload, particularly in insurance defense and personal injury matters. They welcome candidates from both the defense and plaintiff sides. Flexible billable hours and competitive salary options can be discussed based on the desired workload and annual billable hour targets.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited law school
• California licensure in good standing
• Proficiency in responding to discovery requests, drafting motions, performing court appearances, and managing depositions
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team dynamic
• Strong research and writing capabilities
