Core Duties and Responsibilities of the RN Clinical Supervisor:

In this multifaceted role, you will balance remote care coordination with vital on-site mentoring, spending 1-2 days weekly in our adult family homes and home health settings to support RNs and LPNs while handling administrative responsibilities from the comfort of your home or office.

You will:

• Oversee and coordinate patient care, manage case openings and discharges, and facilitate smooth transitions.
• Keep clinical documentation precise and current while modifying care plans as needed.
• Assist the Director of Nursing in upholding regulatory compliance and ensuring quality assurance across practices.
• Supervise, mentor, and coach nursing staff in various care settings.
• Perform occasional supervisory home visits and participate in nurse interviews as necessary.

Qualifications We’re Seeking:

Required:

• A valid RN license in Washington State or compact license.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• At least 1 year of experience caring for trach/ventilator-dependent patients.
• 1 year of pediatric nursing experience.
• 2 years of experience in a charge nurse, supervisory, or management position.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in computer use.

Preferred:

• Experience in home health or private duty nursing settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
• Knowledge of state (WAC) and federal healthcare regulations.
• Experience in developing or implementing clinical policies.
• BSN degree.
