What will your role entail?

In the initial weeks, you’ll undertake our award-winning Simulate training, fostering a supportive and collaborative learning environment. Following this, you will transition into client projects, where you will gain practical experience dealing with real-world challenges.

What responsibilities will you have?

During your time on client projects, you can expect to handle a variety of tasks on a daily basis, such as:

• Collecting and analyzing business requirements to guide project deliverables.
• Supporting project teams with governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Managing timelines, resources, and risks for key initiatives within the business.
• Ensuring effective communication flow between stakeholders and project teams.
• Assisting in business planning, process enhancement, and operational efficiencies.
• Preparing documentation, reports, and dashboards to monitor project progress and performance.
