In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive experience at the Programme Manager or Programme Director level to drive successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives. Your ability to manage stakeholders and vendors will be crucial in guiding our projects to success.

Essential Qualifications:

• Demonstrated success in delivering Salesforce-specific programmes
• Exceptional stakeholder and vendor management capabilities
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud offerings
• Familiarity with Heroku and its connectivity features is an advantage
• Proven success in steering medium to large-scale organizational change
• A technical background in Salesforce development or architecture is highly desirable
• Willingness to travel to the Midlands once or twice a month as necessary
