We seek an individual with a proven track record in ServiceNow delivery, capable of leading architectural decisions and also possessing the willingness to get involved in hands-on tasks as needed. You will play a pivotal role in high-stakes projects, outlining strategies, shaping solutions, and setting technical standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Crafting ServiceNow architectures that align with client business goals and support future growth.
• Collaborating across various ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, and others.
• Providing expert advice to clients on platform best practices, automation prospects, integrations, and scaling strategies.
• Leading technical delivery efforts, working closely with consultants, developers, and stakeholders.
• Mentoring project teams to enhance overall technical capabilities.
• Staying hands-on as necessary—scripting, designing workflows, configuring security, and managing complex integrations.

What we desire in a candidate:

• Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly with modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, or CSM.
• A background in designing or significantly influencing ServiceNow solution architecture in previous roles.
• At a minimum, a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator; Implementation Specialist certifications are highly advantageous.
• Strong grasp of integration methods (REST, SOAP, APIs) and proficiency in multi-cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL frameworks.
• A genuine enthusiasm for the ServiceNow platform and a desire to remain close to the technology while steering broader strategies.
