    Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing

    As a Housekeeping Quality Assurance Agent, you will be instrumental in maintaining the impeccable standards of Pacaso properties through meticulous auditing processes. You’ll work closely with the Central Housekeeping team to review housekeeping inspection reports, ensuring they meet our requirements for quality and compliance. Your insights will also drive continuous improvement, as you provide valuable feedback to our housekeeping partners.

    Your Key Responsibilities

    • Inspection Audits: Ensure thorough and timely inspections for every property turnover, verifying that homes are ready for the next homeowner. Confirm photo documentation meets our quality benchmarks.
    • Coaching and Feedback: Equip housekeeping partners and Market Operations with constructive feedback to enhance the quality of inspection submissions.
    • Issue Identification: Ensure proper flagging of maintenance concerns and oversee the submission of restock orders for supplies.
    • Compliance Reporting: Compile weekly reports detailing inspection compliance, quality scores, and tailored feedback for housekeeping partners.
    • Trend Analysis: Monitor recurring quality issues and collaboratively work with Housekeeping Managers to escalate as necessary.
    • Collaborative Engagement: Partner with the Central Housekeeping Manager and Market Operations to share insights on inspection trends and improve overall performance.

    • Sundays: 4 hours in the evening
    • Monday: 8 hours
    • Tuesday: 8 hours

    Your Qualifications

    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, property management, housekeeping, or a related field.
    • Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to detect inconsistencies in reports and documentation.
    • Excellent written communication skills for delivering clear, actionable feedback.
    • Effective communicator with both internal teams and external housekeeping partners.
    • Experience with Salesforce or similar tools for task management and reporting is a plus.
    • Familiarity with Jotform or other inspection tools to identify data submission issues.
    • Capability to manage a high volume of inspections while maintaining organizational efficiency.
    • Must be comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
    • Fluency in Spanish is advantageous.
