In this hybrid role, you will blend remote work with on-site engagement in client projects. We are seeking seasoned construction engineers and project managers passionate about mastering planning and efficiency. Your logical reasoning and critical thinking will play a crucial role in managing complex projects.

As a key part of our Planning team, your contributions will focus on:

• Identifying and addressing the real challenges projects encounter.
• Implementing innovative solutions.
• Creating scalable best practices, tools, and technology.

Initially, you will work closely with our Project Planning Discipline Team, guided by one of our planning directors.

Your top three objectives will include:

1. Ensuring construction projects achieve near-perfection in delivery.
2. Developing scalable solutions for recurring challenges.
3. Fostering personal development for yourself and your team.

Your responsibilities encompass:

1. Owning the Project Plan: Be accountable for the project plan across one or more projects, ensuring effective adherence while managing and mitigating any delays.
2. Championing Outcomes: While you may not be the project manager, you are pivotal in keeping the team focused on the plan.
3. Reporting Clearly: Deliver concise, actionable reports to stakeholders, enabling efficient project contributions.
4. Creating Scalable Solutions: Collaborate to establish repeatable best practices and tools for long-term benefits.
5. Promoting Team Growth: Enhance your team’s and clients’ skills, helping everyone to foster improvement.

We provide comprehensive training across all facets of project management, including planning, commercial insights, leadership, communication, and technology, empowering you to become an expert project leader capable of transforming any endeavor.

Essential Qualifications:

• Valid construction engineering background with a minimum of 2 years’ experience on construction projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A proactive approach to personal and team leadership.
• A proven history of enhancing projects and organizations beyond basic expectations.

Preferred (but Trainable) Qualifications:

• Good Excel skills and a keen interest in data, along with experience in project planning software and principles.
• The ability to influence and engage construction teams positively.
• Experience in team leadership and development, demonstrating a track record of impactful change.
