In the role of Research Scientist, you will be at the forefront of transformative research, developing mathematical algorithms that provide tangible value to our R&D clients. You will focus on solving industry-specific challenges using specialized datasets, leveraging the capabilities of the NobleAI Platform, while collaborating with fellow Research Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers to invent advanced mathematical modeling techniques tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pioneering research aimed at enhancing NobleAI’s core AI technology.
• Tackle customer and industry-specific challenges utilizing NobleAI Platform features, collaborating with peers on innovative modeling techniques.
• Partner with lead engineers and data scientists to seamlessly integrate research advancements into NobleAI products.
• Work closely with engagement success teams to convey technical aspects of solutions provided through the NobleAI platform with clarity.
• Engage in strategic research initiatives focused on improving NobleAI’s foundational technology.
• Act as a representative of NobleAI, embodying our mission-driven ethos.
• Demonstrate a bias toward action, matching the high dedication found in an early-stage startup environment.
• Collaborate effectively within a team, inspiring excellence while earning the trust of your colleagues to deliver high-quality results on time.

What We Are Seeking:

• A PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or a related quantitative field.
• Coursework or experience in Machine Learning is essential.
• A robust foundation in machine learning, encompassing classical techniques and deep learning approaches (e.g., CNNs, transformers, embedding methods) with a focus on supervised learning.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Proven ability to articulate complex technical information in an accessible manner.
• Experience in Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, or unsupervised learning methods is advantageous!
• Familiarity with cloud or distributed training frameworks (AWS, GCP, etc.) is also a plus!
