Key Responsibilities:

• Define, enhance, and clearly articulate product features, agent capabilities, system integrations, and application modules.
• Gather and analyze requirements from customers and stakeholders to effectively prioritize key product functionalities.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies while serving as the feature owner to ensure alignment across teams.
• Lead the documentation process to uphold rigorous standards for technical writing and ensure product documentation is accurate, detailed, and current.
• Design user interface structures, ensuring they meet technical specifications and align with user expectations.
• Outline APIs and establish data-level product requirements to facilitate seamless engineering workflows.
• Conduct agile product management activities, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder presentations.
• Monitor product performance continuously and gather customer insights to drive product enhancements.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure successful third-party integrations and partnerships.
• Assist in product launch initiatives and work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive outcomes.

Essential Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or in a comparable role, with a solid grounding in SaaS software development and/or AI technologies.
• A strong commitment to understanding customer needs and utilizing feedback to refine product features.
• Experience in vendor management and negotiating successful third-party integrations.
• Exceptional technical writing and documentation skills, enhancing product definition and communication standards.
