The Senior Integration Services Analyst works under general direction to define high and low level integration details simultaneously on vendors and interface customers’ needs. Evaluates, analyzes and makes recommendations on production solutions, deployments, and system designs. Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of integration systems analysis activities. Studies system needs, investigates solutions and presents recommendations to management. Responsible for being team lead as assigned by management. Develops relationships and explores opportunities that support the clinical, financial and strategic objectives of the organization. Participates in establishing standards and procedures and advocates best practices. Serves as a liaison for vendors and internal customers in the implementation and maintenance of the integration systems. Regularly provides guidance and training to less experienced analysts.
This position has the opportunity to work from home. You may be asked to complete training at a Norton Healthcare facility or be able to come to a Norton Healthcare facility for business purposes. Employees in this role must reside in Kentucky or Indiana
