    Key Responsibilities

    As part of the Intelligence Advisory Services team, you will focus on delivering tailored consulting experiences, producing high-quality, reliable outcomes while fostering deep partnerships with both internal teams and industry stakeholders. Your contributions will be vital in solving complex challenges and driving value for our clients.

    • Analyze extensive datasets to uncover trends, identify opportunities, value assets, and form market opinions, utilizing established methodologies and Enverus Prism workflows.
    • Guide the problem-solving process by producing actionable technical analyses that facilitate informed capital allocation decisions.
    • Develop specialized economic models and reserve/resource evaluations crucial for expressing opinions on upstream oil and gas assets.
    • Effectively compile and present advisory mandate results through various channels, including presentations and meetings, and ensure comprehensive documentation of findings.
    • Engage in discussions with clients and prospects by showcasing Enverus Intelligence and Enverus Prism capabilities, both in-person and via conference calls.
    • Mentor junior team members and support technical initiatives within the broader Intelligence team.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Intelligence Research, Product Development, Sales, and Customer Success—to strengthen client relationships and improve service delivery.
    • Provide insights for product development efforts to advance Enverus solutions.
    • Participate in business development, sales, and marketing initiatives, contributing to the launch of new advisory capabilities and innovative business concepts.

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Actuarial Science is essential.
    • 2-4 years of relevant professional experience.
    • Advanced qualifications (CFA, MBA, P.Eng., P.Geo.) are advantageous.
    • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Spotfire, Tableau, or Power BI is preferred.
    • Experience with programming languages or databases (VBA, Python, SQL) is beneficial.
    • Strong technical skills in data analysis, economic modeling, and reserve/resource estimation, with the ability to distill actionable insights from large datasets.
    • Expertise in utilizing data management and analytical tools such as Excel, Access/SQL databases, Spotfire/Power BI platforms, and Enverus Prism.
    • Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a track record of providing actionable technical analysis for improved capital allocation decisions.
    • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring precision and high quality in project execution and deliverables.
    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, fostering productive client interactions and feedback loops to enhance satisfaction.
    • Flexible and adaptable with the capability to manage both remote and in-office work, along with occasional client travel.
    • Demonstrated project management skills, effectively guiding complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
    • Leadership abilities that inspire and empower multidisciplinary teams while cultivating a collaborative work environment.

    Physical Requirements

    • Capability to sit for prolonged periods, engage in repetitive motions associated with computer work, and utilize standard office equipment.
    • Ability to safely lift items weighing up to 35 pounds using proper techniques.
    • Effective communication skills are essential for interactions with colleagues and clients.
    • Consistent and reliable attendance is vital.
    • Willingness to work in an office setting as required.
