    ARETUM is seeking a dedicated and experienced Content Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As the Content Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and overall quality of our content across various platforms and channels. You will work closely with the content team, editors, and subject matter experts to define and implement quality standards, processes, and guidelines.

      • Oversee the creation, editing, and maintenance of content to ensure it aligns with the government standards.
      • Implement processes for quality assurance to guarantee that all content meets established guidelines and quality standards.
      • Ensure that government guidelines, style guides, and best practices are followed to maintain consistency across digital platforms.
      • Collaborate with content creators, writers, and designers to maintain a high-quality content strategy.
      • Conduct thorough editorial reviews to identify and rectify issues related to grammar, spelling, tone, and accuracy.
      • Work with SEO specialists to ensure that content is optimized for search engines, improving its visibility and relevance.
      • Evaluate content from a user experience perspective, ensuring it is engaging, accessible, and aligns with the target audience.
      • Gather feedback from users, stakeholders, and analytics to continuously improve content.
      • Ensure that all content complies with legal and regulatory requirements, including copyright, data protection laws and governments accessibility (508) compliance.
      • Conduct regular content audits to identify outdated or irrelevant materials, and plan for content updates or removal.


    • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
    • Active Secret security clearance required.
    • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Writing, or a related field
    • 10 years of professional experience in content QA role (preferably in technical fields such as Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering)
    • Experience in content creation, editing, or a related field
    • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills
    • Strong attention to detail and a passion for following checklists and procedures.
    • Deep understanding of digital content trends.
    • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and experience with analytics tools
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
