In this position, you will play a vital role in developing and executing strategies aimed at managing key performance metrics for Amazon Vendors. Your collaboration with various internal teams, including Retail and Vendor Services, will ensure that our vendors achieve their business objectives on our websites. You will engage actively with multiple internal stakeholders, optimizing performance and driving improvements for key manufacturers.

Your responsibilities will encompass analyzing data to enhance vendor traffic, brand visibility, customer conversions, and overall revenue on Amazon. You will also be involved in strategic and operational evaluations, identifying root causes of challenges and opportunities impacting vendor success while maintaining strong relationships with our partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the performance of your internal teams by monitoring input metrics and the impact vendors have on creating excellent customer experiences.
• Collaborate with the Retail Team to strengthen vendor relationships by advocating for their needs within Amazon.
• Establish effective communication at all levels, set realistic expectations, provide status updates, and manage growth plans for vendors.
• Design and implement strategic account plans targeting key business opportunities and essential KPIs for both vendors and Amazon.
• Work with internal teams and vendors to enhance operational processes that improve consumer experiences.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of vendor issues, formulating recommendations based on data to elevate vendor experiences.
• Provide innovative insights around planning, roadmaps, and execution strategies.
• Cultivate long-term partnerships with key vendor accounts under your purview.
• Support the rollout of new programs, categories, and features for vendors.
• Regularly conduct business reviews with vendors to assess performance metrics and develop action steps.
• Analyze metrics to create data-driven forecasts, adapt quickly, and formulate action plans as necessary.

Basic Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proficiency in English (B2) and Italian (B2) is essential.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in vendor/account/catalog management, buying/sourcing/sales, product management, or supply chain.
• 2+ years engaging with customers or stakeholders effectively.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, including Array and Statistical formulas.
• Experience leveraging data to inform business decisions.
• Exceptional business communication skills and a strong interpersonal approach.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in team settings.
• Fast adaptability and comfort in uncertain situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with macros and data analysis.
• Proven capability of initiating process or procedural enhancements.
• Experience with tools such as SharePoint, SIM-ticketing, and project management software, along with scripting knowledge.
