The Role:
- Act as an integral member of our team, offering support to clients and workers during weekends
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming inquiries via phone, email, and Intercom
- Oversee our vendor management systems
- Utilize the Coople platform to optimize job coverage for our clients every weekend
- Assist in fulfilling substantial staffing requests from key clients
- Gather user feedback to identify potential platform optimizations and service improvements
- Onboard new users to Coople while contributing to the expansion of our worker pool
- Review worker profiles and previous experiences, handling general recruitment tasks over the weekend
- Support our Cooplers in achieving their professional goals and securing fulfilling roles
- Deliver exceptional service to our clients
- Collaborate with a Customer Support Coordinator to ensure a seamless service experience
- Coordinate handovers to keep the Operations team updated on all weekend client activities
Working pattern: This part-time position requires 27 hours per week spread across three days—Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 09:00 to 18:00, featuring a one-hour paid lunch break each day. We are looking for candidates who can start immediately.
This position is remote, though attendance at our London office for training and onboarding during your first 2-3 weeks is preferred. We’ll schedule specific days in advance, with some training potentially occurring on weekdays.
Skills required:
- Experience in customer support, customer service, operations, or recruitment roles, preferably within a technology or platform-based setting
- A background in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks
- Outstanding organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Familiarity with vendor management systems and platform-based tools
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients
- Strong interpersonal capabilities with a customer-centric approach
- Comfortable working independently and managing priorities on weekends
