    **Key Qualifications:**

    • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry and financial documentation.

    • Experience with billing software and accounting systems, such as QuickBooks.

    • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills for ensuring clarity and accuracy.

    • Ability to work independently while managing responsibilities.

    • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.

    • Openness to learning and adapting to new billing systems and workflows.

    • Experience in a Customer Support Specialist role or similar is a plus, though not required.

    • Previous experience in a billing position would be advantageous.

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    • Prepare and accurately send invoices to clients punctually.

    • Monitor accounts for overdue payments and follow up accordingly.

    • Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies while addressing client concerns.

    • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries regarding billing matters.

    • Engage with clients to resolve past due accounts, ensuring payments are received promptly.

    • Cooperate with other departments to promote accurate and timely billing processes.

    • Maintain and update comprehensive billing records.

    • Assist in month-end billing closing activities.

    • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and relevant regulations throughout billing practices.

    • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.
