Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Drive and execute strategic sales initiatives across North America, with an emphasis on solution-based selling while nurturing enduring relationships with key clients.
- Client Engagement: Listen attentively and respond to client needs, customizing Zetwerk’s offerings to achieve specific goals. Forge and sustain strong relationships with VP-level sourcing and supply chain professionals.
- Strategic Influence: Collaborate with multiple departments, such as purchasing, quality, and engineering, to shape decision-making processes within client organizations effectively.
- Negotiation and Presentation: Artfully create and present compelling proposals and negotiate supply agreements to unlock new business ventures.
- Pipeline Management: Utilize your established network to bring valuable contacts and opportunities that will drive rapid growth and significant impact in the market.
- Market Expansion: Identify and connect with key decision-makers, blockers, and influencers within target organizations, paving the way for new business opportunities previously uncharted.
- Industry Representation: Advocate for Zetwerk Manufacturing USA Inc. at trade shows and industry events, boosting our visibility and reputation within the sector.
- Forecasting and Planning: Deliver precise monthly sales forecasts to enhance supply chain efficiency and facilitate seamless business operations.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 12 years in sales within the OEM/Manufacturing sector, particularly with commodities such as Fabrications, Castings, Forgings, Extrusions, Complex Machining, and Assemblies.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering is preferred; however, we will consider seasoned professionals with extensive sales experience to OEMs as an acceptable alternative.
- Technical Expertise: A proven history of fostering sales growth through engineering-driven solutions, coupled with a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and client requirements.
- Pipeline: An existing strong pipeline of industry contacts to ensure you can immediately impact our business trajectory.
- Sales Acumen: A demonstrable track record in navigating complex B2B sales environments, with an emphasis on cultivating robust client relationships and driving business success.
- Networking: Leverage a rich network of connections with VP-level supply chain executives to broaden Zetwerk’s presence in the industry.
- Cross-Cultural Competence: Experience thriving in multicultural and cross-border team settings, with a strong appreciation for diverse perspectives and global market trends.
- Microsoft Proficiency: Solid competency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams) is essential.
