    To be eligible for this position, you must reside within a 1-2 hour radius of Philadelphia, PA.

    Job Responsibilities and Qualifications:

    • Bring 10+ years of expertise in land development design, preferably within the private sector.
    • Thrive in working on a variety of project types, such as industrial, commercial, retail, and residential developments.
    • Have a keen interest in projects based in the PA and NJ regions.
    • Proficiency in Civil 3D is a must.
    • Comfortable operating in a fully remote setting, with the ability to manage your own workspace effectively.
    • Skilled in preparing grading and stormwater management designs specific to land development projects.
    • Create stormwater management plans and reports for NPDES and E&S submissions as required.
    • Willing to mentor, guide, and lead fellow Civil Designers, taking charge of design projects collaboratively.
