**Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead ZEN’s compliance strategy across major card schemes, including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover.
• Oversee the implementation of card scheme rules throughout the organization, engaging with operations, tech, and security teams.
• Act as the primary liaison for inquiries, audits, and investigations from card schemes.
• Identify compliance risks early, evaluate their impact, and guide the planning for effective mitigation measures.
• Enhance internal processes and compliance frameworks to facilitate scalable development.
• Compose and revise internal policies based on industry best practices and operational realities.
• Conduct training sessions to foster understanding and accountability across various teams.

**Qualifications We’re Seeking:**

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a compliance role within the financial services sector.
• Extensive knowledge of card scheme regulations, particularly on the acquiring side.
• A university degree in law, finance, or management.
• Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
